Kustard was created by me, Em from a deeply personal place.

After years of navigating skin changes, scars, and the quiet emotional weight that can come with them, I became frustrated with how clinical and impersonal most skincare felt. Everything promised transformation, yet very little felt comforting. Products were either overly medical or purely cosmetic, leaving no space for the emotional side of healing.

I wanted something different.
Something intentional. Something beautiful.
Something that felt like care, not correction.

What began as a personal search for a product I could trust turned into months of refinement, research, and formulation. The goal was never to “fix” skin, but to support it. To nourish it. To honour the stories our bodies carry.
