Kustard was born from my own experience with scars—real ones, both physical and emotional.

It started with my first: a C-section scar. Six months later, I had a laparoscopy to remove my appendix, leaving me with three more. Four scars in six months. Four reminders of healing, change, and resilience.

I created Kustard because I wanted something gentle to care for my skin during that time. Something that felt natural, hydrating, and comforting. But more than that, I wanted to open up the conversation around healing—because when you start speaking to the people around you, you realise: everyone has a scar, and every scar carries a story.

Kustard is for those stories. For the skin that’s been through something. For the quiet rituals of care that help us feel whole again.
