Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Kustard products as much as we love making them. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and get in touch with any questions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, please email us at kustard.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a short description, and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds (Credit Notes)

If your return is approved, we’ll issue you a credit note to use on a future Kustard order. This credit will be sent to you via email and can be applied at checkout.
